Current Projects

Post by Mike »

Been busy having moved into new 3000sq. ft workshop and trying to get three customer cars complete before even thinking about preparing my own three cars for this season. Has also meant not really been watching the Forum that much.

However, thanks to Rich for his help recently with Minispares supply and PAD4 for really excellent perspex product. Most other components need fettling to fit, not those from Performance Plastics, perfect out of the box!

Anyway, finished Paul Tarry's car - except some details such as trim and badges - 7.00pm Good Friday to race at the Masters Snetterton on Saturday. Irony was we had problems with the powerplant - out of my car which we ran earlier this year at Goodwood without issue - and not the new chassis which was untested. Anyway, will be in good shape for Brands Hatch.

Good progress with other customer car - the red one on my Flickr site - should also be ready for testing prior to Brands Hatch.

The other customer car is a 1380cc Sprite engined Rochdale Olympic. Photographs on Flickr here...
