Vintage race questions from the other side of the swamp

Please forgive my lack of knowledge of the local racing scene.
I'm wondering if there's a calendar or listing of vintage race events & venues in the UK.
Reason for asking; I _
might_ be able to swing a trip across the swamp again this summer. But, I'll be cashing in airline miles and the dates available for lower mileage awards only pop up once in a while. And, I'll need to squeeze it in between work commitments... So, I need to be somewhat flexible.
The good news is that work might pick up part of my expenses.... but, they also would probably want me to actually call on a customer.

It is a British mag but I do know it's available in the states as I used to live there. Try a book store with a big magazine rack. The calendar is really good and covers all sorts of events and races.

if its vintage racing your wanting to watch then event orgainsed by the v.s.c.c (vintage sports car club) are the ones to go to.

there will be no minis competing obviously, as only pre 1930 cars are allowed to compete (bar the racing, where races for cooper single seaters and early f1 stuff is run)
but you will often find some good post war 50/60/70 tin in the car park as its the done thing to turn up in a proper car to spectate!
cadwell park june 11th..........

US Vintage doesn't mean the same as English Vintage (Between the wars) I think
In which case you could opt for the peons choice , HSCC

I'm off to Cadwell this Saturday and Sunday for a double header with them . Anyone wanting to roll up, make yourself known so that I can get warmed up for a discussion on How it all went wrong after they deleted glass washer bottles or similar........

"US Vintage doesn't mean the same as English Vintage (Between the wars) I think..."
Doh! I suppose that I could've worded that a little more clearly.
Over here folks make a big deal out of having a "Century home". The couple of times I've visited over there, people kind of shrug their shoulders and say, "Well, it is over 400 years old after all...."
Yes, I was thinking more along the lines of cars from the 50-60's.
