Removing Remote Gearbox Change Shaft Bushes

The bronze ones in the Diff housing... any advice?
Puller or knock them out from behind with a punch?

I have done a couple with a long thin drift. I gently warmed the alloy case first then got the hammer out.
Once the bottom one is out the top can be got with a better diameter drift.

Managed to drift them out with a nice piece of steel bar.

You can also use part of a rubber cone suspension tool . I use course thread . Photos self explanatory.. ken
