Feel like sharing one of my other Minis.
It’s my 1976 IMA estate. Faithfull daily driver for the last 8 or 9 years.
Last year I decided it wouldn’t have do suffer any more winters though.
:)

Portuguese built before the change to the single rear door they are know for.
Pictures arn’t great, but these days all you’ve got at hand is your phone....

Paint is faded, but it's all factory paint.

in September 2016 drove it to Goodwood Revival, along with a friend in a Mk1 Austin (with a 1275 in).
Beautifull drive. Drove solo for 1000kms a day. It's a great way of relaxing... for me at least. :)

It's running an A+ 998, standard 295 head, Cooper freeflow manifold, single HIF38, Titan 1.3 rockers and pulls it's 2.9 final drive wonderfully. Revs it heart out if needs be, and is good for a true, GPS, 100mph. Love it.

Smooth-a-ride suspension perfect for the job.

:)

Got to see wonderfull cars, but ended up feeling frustrated because there was so much to see and not enough time, of course...
You could spend 3 days on the parking lot alone!

The drive back is even better! Feeling really happy, no matter what the weather.

Didn't have much time to think and it was time to go out again...
Jan 2017 was Monte Carlo Rally Historique.

This time around there were 6 Minis.

:D

Although we were at the official Lisbon departure of the Monte Carlo Historique, we didn't take part in it.

That’s a great estate, love the patina.

I like how it became a van with the BMC side screens.
