Microcell contour 6 mini brackets

Spent some time over the winter making copy's of these seat brackets, hope it helps if you don't have access to any, and is clear enough to make your own should you need them.

Brackets painted and installed. These are a one inch taller version in the rear to be used on a set of 90's Honda seats.

Sorry for the thread resurrection here but I’m hoping to start on my microcell project in the new year.
I found these excellent plans for the subframes and there’s a fabricators right next door to where I work who I think could make up a pair of these for me.
How though do I get the seat mounted onto these and how do I get the seat to slide back and forward? I read something about MGB runners somewhere but still can’t work out how this all works.
Grateful as ever for any advice.

hi
i used ford laser seats in my mini clubman from a 3door car used the laser seat sliders welded to a plate which is bolted to the mounting points for the mini seatsand bolted to some brackets at the back fixed to the floor they fold forward the slide forward giving excelent access to the back seat area
and give good support

MGB slider runners fit between the underside of the Contour 6 seat base & bolt onto the lower mounting frame .. The Jam in the sandwich ..Contour 6 has to be the most comfortable seat ever invented fantastic seat when they are genuine & well worn
