Haed gasket for 1275S

What is the difference betwin AF470 anf BK450?? And wich is preffered on a 1275 S race engine??

the AF470 is the genuine rover GUG702560HG, the BK450 is the Payen TAM1521
id say the TAM1521 is the better of the two gaskets, the GUG702560HG weakest point is the seal part around the corner water hole

OK, thanks. They look identical.
I use the BK450 then, and keep the AF470 as spare

The supply of good BK450's has been very dodgy in recent years... Make sure you have one of recent production or of old stock and that got MADE IN ENGLAND *stamped* into the gasket.

It is stamped with "madi in England". And arrived from MiniSpares yesterday, so I recon its from a new batch
