Just got my entry list through for this event, pretty full grids in all the races that I have entry lists for so thats good news :-)

U2TC - 33 Cars - still one space on the grid !!!
1000Km's Challenge - 30 + 2 Reserves
Pre-63 GT - 31 Cars

I am quite disappointed that there are only 3 Minis on the grid in Andy Hack & Daniel Wheeler, Roger Ebdon & Neil Slark and ourselves - so looks like we'll be racing ourselves for 3rd in class :? Come on, there must be someone out there who fancies a play ??? ;)

What most surprised me however was the following entry

76 Roz Shaw & Andy Harrison - Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT 1964

Mr Acespeed is this you ? Have you turned to the Dark Side ?

Hi Yorkie,
I hear the test day was..er..exciting?

I'm doing the Snet 6hour race that weekend. Thought it would be something different.

Good luck!

Sorry Yorks. Engine still on dyno and rugby hasn't finished yet!
Definitely on for Brands weekend (both races) but want to try and slip one in before then. Any suggestions? No double entendres, please. ;)

P.S. what about that test day? Come on....spill!

hmmmmmm test day !!!!!

Rag left under bonnet + fan = large mess - Schoolboy error - we are amateurs (does it show !!!!) after all and don't have a platoon of flunky's to help out :P

This was fortunately saved by a red flag on the warm up lap of the session, so hopefully limiting the damage.

Radiator was completly Kaput and it was like a small bomb had gone off under the bonnet !!!

New radiator fitted and fan, engine run up - no apparent damage - so roll out at Donington on Saturday and fingers crossed I guess !!!

Here's the full provisional entry list for anyone planning on spectating at the event

Hi.....

It can be confirmed that Andy Harrison has been kidnapped to the dark side of sharing my Alfa in the U2TC race... :o

I was offered a drive in his mini at Snett last Saturday, but FWD??? how does that work??? so i declined...

It should be interesting... he has only sat in the seat and not turned a wheel in it.... nothing like throwing a lamb to slaughter!!

First time on this forum... "be gentle with me!!"

Yorky Bar.....the part number you are looking for is Demon Tweeks VAM. You must specify whether you want white, alu silver, black (yes, really!) red, orange or yellow. :geek:
