What colour is that mini in the front on the top deck of the transporter?

My guess would be Camino Gold. It was a popular early 70s colour.

Harvest gold wasn't used here, we had our own range of colours. Our colours were often a lot brighter and with more choices than the UK colours.

Braad, frustratingly, I never got the gearbox guys contact details, he's built a couple for himself and is not that interested in making them commercially.

I know he used gears and selector detent from a motorcycle, possible Honda CBR 1000.

Maybe a 'call out' on Ausmini might find him.

Cheers
