Scratching my Head.

Got a CAM 4810 998 head which came with a 1030 modded short motor. Dragged it all out on the weekend for a closer look and found some markings on the head.
Do any of you recognise the markings and know who could have done the work.
It has Bronze guides 1.2 inlets and a tadge over an inch exhausts.
Ignore the spelling mistake.
