Chateau Impney Hill Climb 1960's

After attending a talk about the original owner of Chateau Impney and the building's history I have a question for the older generation who may attended the venue when it was used as a hillclimb.
During a piece about statues a slide was shown of a missing statue, sadly I cannot describe it as I was looking at the straw bales, not there to protect from damage should it fall but to save the walls from a competing Morris Mini 777 FBM with what looked like comp number 1 on the door.
Not found on DVLA search but I wonder if anyone has any history of the hill climb events of the 1960's and who ran them. Maybe even some pictures.
Thanks.

Pretty sure that photo is Ian Mantle in his Cooper S at Chateau Impney, and is competing in the 1964 Ken Wharton driving tests, televised, which where held there.

Thanks guys. Do you think the local car club organiser was the Hagley & District CC? Just to think I was probably sat in front of the TV on Saturday afternoon with my Grandad in 1964 watching the Ken Wharton event! What ever happened to Saturday afternoon sport on TV?
:D

And I used to love watching the televised driving tests from Chateau Impney. Post war baby boomers!
