interior mirror replaced with lucas alloy type one
cheesey 70s wheels

Hi Towners,

I would say Wood & Pickett for shure, the grill is order no 6 on the pricelist =

6 - Cibie fog & spot lamps recessed in modified grill,
iodine quartz, rectangular. For Mini Clubman.

all the other parts, are W&P items too.

are there no changes to the enterior ??

I agree, it looks like a W&P clubby to me.

Looks like GT seats, if you look through the screen, but if its an autobox, it will probably be standard Clubby seats.

The car looks to be in exellent condition, hope it gets saved :| ?

If you go see it again? try and see if it has sill badges?

Hi Pandora,

Surely green houses are only damp if there are plants in them being watered and all the vents are shut?

Looks like this one is only growing cars.

he he, yes there are a few cars "growing" there

The reason is not the plants, the reason are that most of them dont have a proper full floor.
Then the humidety can come up from the underground, but the WORST thing is the temperature differences
they go from minus (winter) in the night, and can reach 20-30 degrees in the daytime, on a full sunny winter day, and that makes it very damp,
so no way would I ever keep a car in such a place  it kills it :(
And then there is the UV beams, they kill paint - tyres & enterior, so NO WAY is this a good place

I think I recognise the greenhouse! it's near Amsterdam. I looked at a car from the same Place - it was either a Porsche or a Lotus, I've forgotten which!

Why did you want a Porsche or Lotus, when you (maybe?) could have bought a Wood & Pickett 8-) just kidding.

Well not entirely, I have a friend who sold his S&A Mini Sprint, to buy a Lotus, and if you ask him now, he will tell you a story on how much he regretted that deal :?
