Emails get "stuck" in outbox

This is a common query.
When people send a PM, they see it "stuck in their outbox" & assume it hasn't gone. It has, but it will stay in the outbox until it is opened by the recipient. This way the sender knows it has been received & read.
If a message "sticks" in your outbox, be patient!
