I have been looking in to the problem of people having to find scrap minis to cut bulkheads from so that their cars will now comply with the appendix k / hscc rules about standard uncut bulkhead areas.
it will also help people with road cars who are worrying about the iva test problems.
after some serious to-ing and fro-ing with Heritage, they have agreed to start supplying the 'roto dip panel' which they make to convert later shells into mk3's. it was one of thos panels that they make, but have never advertised or marketed as a stand alone panel as they never thought that people would want it.
ive roughly drawn round the panel on the shell so it can be seen - it measures 51cm widest point - 23cm highest point (roughly)
the price isnt agreed yet, but will be roughly 30ish
it also has the advantage of been a genuine Heritage panel with a proper Heritage part number - so im sure that will help with various arguments that people are having with the various governing bodies!!!
i will probably have stock within the next two weeks
