Changing oil in new motor

Hello,

Does anybody know after how many miles should be "starting oil" (in a new/restored motor) changed to normal oil. What oil do you recommend to use in 848?

I do mine after 500 ish miles or after its been on the rollers, and use comma 20 /50, most factors should have it.
