POSTING OF OFF TOPIC VIDEO CLIPS!

PLEASE DO NOT POST OFF TOPIC, RANDOM & GENERALLY IRRITATING YOUTUBE LINKS.
I receive MANY complaints about this from forum members who now don't bother posting to this board because they know that some prat will post a youtube clip of something that has bugger all to do with the question they asked instead of answering their question.
I will from now on remove ANY posting that contains such a link unless it is in the "Off Topic" section and any member who continues to do this after a final warning will have his membership of the forum cancelled!
This has gone on long enough & to be honest I am sick & tired of it!
