Second silencer

Anybody suggest a good silencer to compliment my current stainless single (rear) silencer RC40 system? After 350 mile round trip 2 days ago my ears are still ringing. Can I buy any stainless silencer and just weld it into the link pipe without losing too many hp and that lovely Mini sound? Cheers. Mark

Evening, i put a stainless on one of my cars (janspeed) and the other has the same but in mid steel and there is a hell of a difference ! what i did was cover the tunnel and toe board in dyno matt or brown bread (and no not the stuff you eat ) has made it alot better but stainless does tend to have a harder ring to it

Oh we buy from a company called clamp co the sell loads of different boxes and little resonator boxes which is what you will need me thinks.

Maybe get a full twin box RC40??? Works for me.

The single box system doesn't pass our version of your MOT.
