Hi

I have a dry Firsat rear subframe. Was the Innocenti's fitted with firsat subframes ?, or is it just a replacement part

Yes Innocenti Minis used Firsat frames on the front and rear.

Firsat were Innocenti frames, in the late 70's early 80's firsat rear frames were offered by Hadrian in the UK
