Any chance you can make them bigger?
The size of them makes it impossible to pick out any detail.

This is a guess but i would say its GRX195D, which Timo used on 1000 lakes in with Pekka in 1967, it went through a few owners before Gerry Braithwaite bought it late 80s early 90s

I thought it was JBL493D which the pair drove in the 1000 lakes in 1966.
It has the holes in the wings for the headlight washer which GRX195D does not and the bonnet strap is closer to the badge than GRX195D
Timo and Pekka did the 1000 lakes 5 times together. wice in AJB33B, which it certainly is not, once in JBL, once in GRX and once in ORX77F which again it is not.
There is a picture of JBL on the event on page 88 of Browning's Works Minis (second edition) which shows the strap in the position of the subject car but it does not have the headlight washer holes... The 1000 lakes of 1966 was also the last rally that JBL took part in as a works entry.

My money would be on EWK 799C. Run by Tom Seal on a few of historic events for Timo.

I first saw EWK 779C in the early 1980's when it was for sale at a very small car dealers opposite the Coventry City football ground at Highfield Road. At that time it was a very original Surf Blue/OEW Austin Cooper S on 3½" rims, the only mod was a bucket seat for the driver but the original was in the car. Price was around £795.
Next time I saw it, it had become the full Group 2 works replica.
I think EWK was sold at a Race Retro auction about eight or nine years ago.
