Great pics Surf. Thanks for sharing.
That Thames Trader brings back memories. My dad's first lorry was a tipper version and I had many a trip out with him when I was nipper.

If I ever win the lottery the 1st thing I'm going to to do is buy a 289 GT40...............Or a MKIV GT Oh that will be a nice decision to make.............

Today it is the turn of the Ground Effect F1 cars.
If you want to hear the sound of a Cosworth DFV or two then click on the link below (camera work is a bit shaky, must sort that before Blyton)

Great pics as per usual, just love the Flag blue on Mini #7 it's got to be as close a match to the Ecosse cars I used to watch at Charterhall back in the late 50's as I've seen.
Thanks for posting

Awesome pics as always Stu, one of my favourite race's of the year, the Gerry Marshall Trophy, purely down to the cars of my teenage years, big fan at the time of anything "Austin-Rover-Triumph" shall we say, starting as an apprentice with the franchise.
Wish some one would get a Dolly Sprint going the way Tony Dron used to, beating the Capri 3 litres in the day, he was a big hero of mine when I was 16, my dad had a Sprint at the time too,I competed against Dron once, single venue at Croft, him in a MG Meastro challenge car, me in a Mini, came across abit arrogant unfortunately.
My dads still my hero !!!!!

Remarkable photographs Stuart, thank you so much for taking the time to share them with us all. I’m trying to decide my favourites from this thread. The one of Tiff and Nick is up there with me for sure. The Limeflower Green 1300 GT and Oil tanker are also runners, know what, I like them all Thanks everyone

After studying all these incredible photographs, my favourite two shots are the Tiff Needell / Nick Swift and the Thames Trader oil Tanker which in my view are simply amazing Do others have favourite shots from this thread PS. I still like them all

Amazing photos -- Goodwood (specifically revival) is one of the top items on my bucket list.
