Apologies, I am new to this. I am rebuilding a 1966 998 cooper that i took apart when me and the car were both 10, I AM NOW 50. Can anyone tell me if the single tank boot board and brake servo that i have are off this car, i cant remember! Also when taking front displacers off a 67 mk2 automatic today, i noticed it had studs rather than bolts in the subframe towers, Is this normal for Mk2 cars? My 68 cooper S has bolts, but may not be original. Anybody shed some light for me?

Hi and Welcome . Boot board is correct for a Cooper , Servo is an add on extra for a standard 998 Cooper

I have found that Austin have bolts and Morris have studs

Hope that helps

Ian

Thanks for the info on boot board and servo, that would make sense, and the austin and morris thing stacks up too, crazy but true! I thought I knew minis inside out, but that is a new one on me!
