SU rebushing at affordable price?

Hi,
I'm looking for someone / company that can rebuch a few sets of twin H4 carbs at an affordable rate and "normal" time-frame. Burlen charges £50+parts/body and has a 10 week turnaround... Sadly, thats way over my budget and time-frame - anyone here know someone that can better this?
Alternatively; is it possible to buy the correct drill-bit and reamer somewhere?

There's a few ways you can 'drill' the body to fit the bushes, I've tried a few ways over the years, but the most fool proof way is to find a 3/8" Chucking (or machine) Reamer that has a 5/16" shank, pass it through the body of the carb and use it 'backwards', ie, cut with what's normally the trailing part of the cutter, using the 5/16" shank as a pilot off the other bush. I do one side, fit that bush, then do the other side. I usually cut the throttle lever side of the Carb first as this is usually the more worn side.
They are not at all hard to do, but it is important to take your time.
<Edit: These guys have suitable reamers

I have a set of reamers & can do bodies on an exchange basis. I don't have time to rebuild the carbs though.
All my bushes are done with the correct stepped reamer & fit perfectly.

Mark, what about those of us that have "messed about" with the body and need our own unit back?
Would this be possible?
