CR65 Dunlop and MS Rose petal

Hi, Help needed! 
Does anyone fit the Minispare Rose Petal wheels with Dunlop racing CR65 tyres, do they need the inner tubes? Since the tyre does not have remark as tubless tyre, is it a practice for the FIA mini race Mini did not fit a tube?
