Looks a good event, how much of the track survives Iain? I remember going there about twenty years ago for a classic show, it was pretty impressive!

I have no idea Pete. I thought it was partly built over. I believe they have spent some money on it but as yet i've no idea. I'll see at the weekend.Pete wrote:Looks a good event, how much of the track survives Iain? I remember going there about twenty years ago for a classic show, it was pretty impressive!

The start / finish straight had a grandstand partially across it for the Highland show, but this has been moved back, so the full circuit is still there.
However, there is no racing at the revival - seems to be more of a car show. Hopefully it'll be more of a historic event in the future. Also very poor planning the clash with Goodwood revival. Given the lack of racing it was an easy decision which to attend, but if there had been racing, it would have been a very tough call.
Between Bo'ness and Concorse of Elegance in Edinburgh last weekend we've been spoilt for choice (and I've not made it to any of them)
