Hi, im currently attempting to refurb a set of H4 su,s.
Mostly it seems to be straightforward but im struggling to remove the pin/s that go through the spindle and idle speed lever., holding it to the main throttle spindle.
Any suggestions welcome. Thanks alot

A post that more directly addresses how to remove the throttle shaft pins is:

See photo and discussion about 30% of the way down the post.

nice job tom

im not sure I would get involved in stripping and rebuilding the actual jet tubes - new jets are so cheap to replace, and it would be typical on a mini that they would start to leak!
