Twin cable handbrake & rear subframe

Hi together!

There´s one thing I´ve thought about for quite some time and haven´t found an answer so far...
Can a twin cable handbrake be used in conjunction with a later rear subframe from a mini with single cable handbrake? Or has it to be modified in any way?

Just the same, use the correct cables for your car, with lots of grease in the cable slides.

Thanks for the fast reply! That´s just the answer I hoped for!
Then I can use the subframe I have without getting into any trouble during assembly...
