You'll need to speak to the organisers if you want a separate stand

Nice sunny and warm day at Croft. No chance of a Mini win but plenty of action and incident, especially for Tim Harber. The near side hub nut fell of, quickly followed by the wheel, drive flange and disc centre. The car came to a halt on three whhels after grinding the ball joint nut and thread and half of the bottom arm tapper.
Fortunately Tim had plenty of parts in the van, and thanks to Andy Harrison for having a bottom arm, Tims car was fixed for the afternoon race.
Quickest of the Minis in both practice and the race was Jon Milicevic.
Tim Davis in the Lotus Cortina was fastest in practice, but was penalised for exceeding track limits and pushed down the grid.
That left Warren Briggs in the Mustang to take the honours in the race.
There was also a big Imp meeting with around 100 Imps and derivatives in the car park. Hopefully they will be back tomorrow so I can get a few snaps.
And talking of tomorrow, the weather man says we may get some rain.

Yeh todays forecast was way out - burnt to F! But hey ho another top day out and an excellent turnout of minis on the MCR stand on both days - thanks to all concerned and to Davy, Stu, Metro Man and Andrew and Kath Hutchinson for their help with the regions shelter. Cue the pics! Niall.
