Some folks on this forum may or may not be aware but there is a Historic Rally Car Show being held at Gaydon at the end of the month (31st May) to celebrate The Marathon Rally's of the late 60's and 70's and including any other events such as other International events like the R.A.C Rally, Tulip. Monte etc. And the Liege in all its forms.
Also they are celebrating the Marathon events organised by the late Philip Young.
The event is free and the organisers have so far got about 60+ famous rally personalities and their should be some very famous cars.
The organisers I think are trying to organise some discount entry to the museum so all in all it should be a good day,so if any of you have any works cars or period cars from that era (Up to 1980) you are most welcome.
Their is a web site that you can visit for more details www.historicmarathonrallyshow.com

Steve

I might combine this with the HSCC Donington meet that is on the Saturday.

Re: Historic Marathon Rally Show
Looks to be a good event this, with a lot of BMC works rally (and race) personalities in attendance and Graham Robson doing some interviews. Hope to make it down there.
