Altering the heritage inner wing back to original but unsure what these holes are for? Any help much appreciated

The top two sets of holes are for the inner wing mounted blower unit and should be there on a Mk 2.
The small one below is for the retaining clip for the air intake and should be there on a Mk 2
The bottom two small ones are for the solenoid on the Mk 3 onwards and shouldn't be there on a Mk 2 unless your car is a really late one.

Thanks very much that's very helpful. Any idea on the one closest to the front panel?
