99H & 12H Power Unit Prefix Coding

I'm trying to identify the meaning of some of the second prefix group coding in the 800 and 900 range for 99H and 12H power units made for the Australian market. To date British Motor Heritage and other likely sources have not been able to help. BMC and Leyland Australia factory records were lost when the companies wound up in the mid-1980's.
Does anyone have any records that can decipher the following coding (after the 99H and 12H codes)?
99H860AJH
99H889AH
99H905AJH
99H905AJX
12H902ASZ
Also, 99H883 with any suffix.
It is believed the codes relate to engine emission control requirements for Australia.
Any help or suggestions on who can answer this would be very much appreciated.

I'm just looking through the shreds of stuff I have, I'll ask Pete next time I see him, he has the bulk of the lost info.
What I can say is that those that are XXH7YY are to ADR27 and those that are XXH8YY and XXH9YY are built to ADY27A, though I find it a little odd that there appears to be an earlier and later spec for these.
I've never seen a 12H902ASZ, only 12H902U that was factory fitted. Even the last 1275 Moke had this engine, even though on the late Mokes, they had dropped the Air Injection, this wasn't reflected on the prefix.
The first series of the 1275 LS had the 12H879U and then the 2nd and 3rd release of the model had the 12H902U.
What was the 12H902ASZ fitted in to?

Becuase there are Wombats in these parts that will pay it.
Going off that, I'd never have to work another day in my life!

Thanks Chalkie. I am aware of the meaning of those two codes. It's the numeric and alpha codes that follow that are the challenge.
