last year I spotted that I needed to replace the less than 12 months old and zero miles track rod end boots, so I bought some new ones and fitted them. I've just been in the garage now and they need replacing again already!
The car hardly moves...
Any recommendations on which ones I should get? The last lot were poly with the view to them
Being tougher

Get to auto jumbles and find youself some proper NOS ones, even if you have to strip them of 'wrong' TREs

They don't make them as they use too, when I did my restoration I used nearly all the original rubbers as I possibly could 52 years old and still as supple as a well used dummy's teet

I agree! here in California I see new rubbers for everything start to deteriorate in 6 months or less!! And its not just British stuff either. But if you look at new cars all there stuff appears OK so it must be the aftermarket using some cheap shite rubber substitute

I have all new rubber on front of My subframe all after market crap still as good as day I fitted them 4 years ago
My trick is I spray silicon grease (red tin Halfords own brand) on them once every few months and there fine stops them drying out
