The 20 deg ones, 3495 and 3496, are much easier to find and will work OK. The 4815 can be found with a bit of a search but the 4814 is rare. Burlen do repros of both.

As Nick says, if you are using them yourself, you will get away with using the 20° ones without too many problems.

FWIW...
If done with care and the proper tools, it's fully possible to modify a 20 deg. chamber to get it @ 30 deg.

I have done them with a blow lamp and a big pair of pliers, but wasn't entirely happy with the results.
