Rear sub-frame repair...

I have this subframe that I need to repair.. as someone's fitted a tow hook in the wrong place!
Anyone got an pointers on how to do this in a way that wont acrew up alignment etc. ?
Would heating up the rear beam before straightening it, be of much help?
Should I weld on same braces to keep it square?
Many thanks!
