Someone has asked me for alloy trumpets with dates. Has anyone ever seen a date on one?
Another customer has asked if 997 Coopers ever had DR2A wiper motors or did they always have the DR3A?
All suggestions gratefully received. (sensible ones anyway)

Nick, I have a July 62 Lucas parts list. It mentions both but the DR3A is listed for the later models.

re: the alloy trumpets. All the ones I've seen have a P/N cast in to them, but no date, either cast or stamped.
