Nuts and bolts

Is there a document anywhere which details what the spec is for the various nuts and bolts found on the car? I have a contact who owns a fastner company and can supply me with nice shiny nuts and bolts for my rebuild but of course, he'd need to know what they are..

Anyone?

Is this the sort of thing you're looking for?

You'll also need a parts book to work it all out. Big job (been there, done that).

<EDIT: Sorry that I have pulled this list (which I've had for yonks) however out of respect for Mark who owns and runs this forum and has already gone to the trouble of publishing in the Main MKI Website a similar list some time back, I have pulled my posted list. And before someone starts, no, the list I have I didn't lift from the main Website, it was passed on to me many moons ago, it's coving pages are actually slightly different!

The list that Mark has on the Main Website can be found here;-

http://mk1-performance-conversions.co.uk/fasteners.pdf

Acknowledgement and thanks to Bart Theelen who kindly provide the list to Mark in the first instance.

Apologies to Mark as I should have check if this was already there!

End Edit>

This site/supplier is a good source of reference. Never used them though. http://www.ukclassicparts.com/mini-spar ... s-fixings/
3 suppliers are Wrights Auto Supplies, Spalding Fasteners and Namrick
