Hi Guy´s..

Can anyone help with the measures for the holes in the front and rear bumber. Where to drill the holes for the overriders bars.

I fitted my rear bumper last week and found because of the inconsistencies with the bumpers your better off fitting the bumper first , then lightly bolt up the overriders so as you can make sure the boot lid doesn't hit when opening . Then tape up the ends of the bumpers with masking tape or similar . Then offer up the corner bars and mark the tape were you need to drill . The front I've yet to do ... Ken

Hi Ken...

You got a good point there about the rear bumber, and the bood lid. I did not thought that would be a problem.
But I´ll try to put it on, and see how it fits, and get clear of the boot lid.

If you have the el cheapo 3 mounting bolt chrome front bumper, corner bars are almost impossible to mount because the outside bolt (for the corner bar) is located under perch for the bolt on the bumper. You have to drill a hole through the perch to get the corner bar bolt in place. The hole for a 1/4" socket is the same diameter as the width of the perch which totally compromises the mounting of the bumper. When and if you try it you will see what I mean. At the end of the day it might not matter because the bumpers are more cosmetic than effective. Maybe you are lucky and have an original 5 bolt front bumper with the bolts on the folded over flange.
