FE numbers

Hi. Has anyone got any idea of the FE numbers on Coopers made around February 1965, or even early 1965(the number above the radiator cowling). I assume they would be near the million mark, as the millionth mini left the production line early Feb, but they didn't start FE numbers at the outset. Thanks

For early '65, the FE would be around 1 million, but I can't be more accurate than that.
The earliest FE # I know is 17** on a car with chassis # 19**, so they're only about 200 out.

Simon Wheatcroft of the Mini Cooper register has very good knowledge of the FE numbers. I believe he was compiling a list......
