take one quaife lsd, add a sc lsd crownwheel from minispares, fail to realise that the hole in the middle isn't 'quite' big enough, drop wheel over diff, tighten crownwheel bolts evenly all round, 20 lbft, 40, 50 and then CRACK!!! :o
Exclaim WTF! (to the deserted garage), have a look, see nothing wrong, have another go and CRACK!
Swear quite a bit. strip it all apart and have a look.
Congratulations :mrgreen: You've cracked the crownwheel in two places :roll:

look on minispares website.

Always Check when fitting and LSD for clearance on the housing, as local modifications may be necessary.

arrrhhh! we used to put a warning sticker in the old semi helical ones as so many people broke them,

its only quaiffes and sailsburys that are an issues as the cw are sized for the minispares plate diffs

oh ffs :roll:

had the edge of the diff lathed a tiny tiny bit so the crownwheel will fit over but now i see the crownwheel boltsfoul on the inner lip of the crownwheel. :?:

i must be doing something wrong, i know i'm tired after a day at a show but come on ffs arrgghh :cry: :lol:
