Hi, i am confused about the correct length of the dipstick.
I have found some 5 different kinds of lenght, the markings whicht tell's you you are out of oil !
If you use the wrong kind you can end up with an engine allways running out of oil in corners.
As i have seen the oil needle do the scarry move, i toped up the oil even further ,but still in strong cornerering i am afraid to suck up air instaed of oil.
I would like to see the different sticks with the kind of engine it belongs to. I guess a lot are using the wrong type but have no clue why or what.

If your cornering that hard you need a centre oil pick up regardless of dipstick used! Also a good safety feature would be to fit an Accusump to the oil system.
Drain and refill sump with correct quantity of oil and then mark the stick yourself that way you know you have the correct amount in there not what the stick tells you is in there. Overfilling is no help at all just rob's power........................
