12g940 head from a Spridget on a Mini?

Bought a 12g940 head today at an autojumble that came off a Sprite/ Midget. Is this identical to a 12g940 from a Mini?

It would be the same as one of the 7 or so 12G940 castings fitted to the Mini range. It will fit on a Mini.
