1960's car Stickers
On one of the old versions of the foum we had a thread that went on for ages with all sorts of 60's stickers.
I thought it may be find to resurrect it after a few years absence.
To get the ball rolling here are a few recent aquisitions from my collection;
3 x Castrol Stickers

I have these from the 1970's
I remember my dad got a set of Dunlops for his Hillman Imp and me and my brother were given a squeaky groundhog each. Unfortunately it is long lost.

Re: 1960's car Stickers
Thanks Stu, after some digging I can tell you that's more like a scan of the magazine header logo (which Triple C changed three times in their first ten years).The stickers were actually different in the respect that the chequer was back to front in comparision (just an error?!), so that chequer's wrong and that logo's for 1970 onward. On Dingong's repro stickers the chequer is right but logo is wrong. I'll probably have to scan the '68 version of the mag header and get stickers made with reverse chequer. Anal or what ??
Re: 1960's car Stickers
That's how I put it together. I enlarged the logo to cover the issue date and squared up the chequered bit. I didn't realise the logo had changed so much.

Great thread Mark, so many memories there, I'll see what I can find, I'm sure I have some buried away in my archives! which I guess is a posh way of saying at the moment I can't remember where I put them!
