Steering Racks

Do you know what the steering ratio is on the MK1-Early box with brass plate?
Thinking of putting a MK2 rack in for some Autocross fun. and changing the arms to match.
What rack has the quickest turning?

Not sure what "quickest turning" means but go for the Mk II - much reduced turning circle. From memory the l to l turns are the same.
