Funny, you can buy some works mini dash labels, 0.99£, and a couple of weeks ago I've bought a brand new dymo with spares tapes, at the same price !

The packet and label must be worth five quid on it's own. And an extra twenty pence for the screw...

Some have got a copper deficiency too - mini copper that is not actually a copper, if you get what I mean, when their spelling is a bit off, and it's not a cooper.

Offered two truck loads of snow this week to be collected for free but not much of a success... should have thrown a BMC box in.

got two of these mirrors with the correct bracket last year :D
Comparing to other investments they seem to be worth the money I paid for.
None of them was over GBP 100.-

The box seems to have a life of it's own. I wonder if he takes photos of it on holiday in various locations ?

One point is that it is probably not a Cooper S oil filter. It has the filter blockage switch on it, but a non oil cooler feed pipe and surely the Cooper S had the oil cooler as standard before the switch was fitted.

That must be nice :D

I know my car had the Lucas dipping mirror, fitted by Wood & Pickett.
Now it has a Black one, that JanSpeed fitted, its glued to the screen, so I dont know if I can remove the glue ??
its also a part of the cars history, so I dont know IF I should change it??

Switch came in late 64 I think so probably is OK as oil coolers became standard in Jan 66ish unless fitted as optional.
