That TR4 Police car is taxed and on the road according to DVLA site. It is now Green. I wonder if the owner is aware he has a rare ex-police TR4.

Some familiar views there! Manchester city centre has changed beyond all recognition now, amazing really, sky scrapers going up everywhere as has crime, litter and street begging. Don't get me started...
