Can anyone tell me the make of the switch extensions AND/OR has anyone got any for sale, I would be particually interested in the red one, which looks to be a different shape at the end from the black 2 ????

I've been trying to replicate a "eye line" tacho mount like the one shown in the photos..... My real concern is attaching a robust and vibration free mount to the top dash rail. Can we have some detailed photos of the set-up shown???

Cheers, Ian

The red one does look like a Speedwell job and the two black ones look like Lucas items which are a bugger to find, I'll keep my eyes peeled.

Hi Peter, yes it is the same car, the only main difference is that in 68 the car ran on 10" minilites.

Gordon Spice did race in Denmark in sept. 1968. The car came up to Denmark 1 or 2 weeks before the race at "Jyllands Ringen" and i remember a friend, telling me that he saw the car at a dealer in Randers, Jutland, where he was an appentice(?) then. In the lunch hour he was all over the car just to see how it was build.

I will ask him again, and i remember he had some pics.

Great pics. The stickers on the doors seem to change even though they are the same manufacturer?

Have had a few picture up load problems with my photobucket and the wife on my back to finish the new kitchen :(

also thought we should pull together and move on from the ugg bollocks thats consuming this fantastic site of Marks and get back to WHY we go onto the Mk 1 Performance.

Here are a couple more picks of the Arden.

this is one of the best parts of restoring a car like this, try to forget everything that has come along in the last 40 years and get back to basics OR bungies.
