There was a load of 'em on Ebay a couple of months ago for £10.90, I think I've seen them on 80s/early 90s sprints as you say.

I reckon that can't be a 1964, it has got a plastic tank and a carbon can.... Must be a later model.

No all of the Abingdon models had those fitted as standard.

Speedwell Bonnet/Boot badge was on fleabay until I sent an email to the seller indicating he is selling a fake badge. Starting price for a fake badge was 285 Pounds!

On the flip side, I was extremely lucky and I was able to purchase an Original NOS Speedwell badge off of fleabay US for a decent price. I am willing to trade the badge if someone is willing to swap a set of OEM Foglights for a MK1 MX5 with cables.
