Simple answer, people born in the 60's ( like me) remember the 1275 GT Championship and Clubmans running in the RAC rally.

which one would make it more desirable car
And more importantly if bought for resale would a spit and polish or more in-depth resto add much value to £38000
A full restore would surely lower the value ? considering you can buy early restored ones for less than was paid
