If it is an S, why does it have the non S brake master cylinder and no holes/clips for the chrome trim in the (what's left of them) door tops?
Convenient that the plates and documents have been lost.
I think the seller is being optimistic when he states that you will be able to see the locations of all the special Cooper brackets.....
All the metal that held them and the brackets has dissolved....

The add states that he has no log book, number plates or tags . I can't seem to download the photo bucket . Is there a pic of the registration at all ? .... Ken
