Always annoys when someone takes the trouble to restore an early car and then doesn't bother to get the leather bag and mallet out to make the two inserts required to convert a post '64 front to a full valance. Yes, they used up the stocks of the Cooper S engine units on the GT. Not sure if they'd have any left by 1973?
