This is Stourbridge , the garage to the left is APEX (later Jessops) Ford dealer, to the right I THINK is Stour Valley Motor Co. (happy to be corrected) who were an Austin distributor and Morris reciprocal dealer. Check the Mini vans leaving the garage....
