1071 - the "official" monniiker given to an engine with a cubic capacity of around 1069cc 
Of course the Navy is not known for wasting time ...
RPC = Party? (Request pleasure company)
WMP = oh yeah (with much pleasure)
MRU = naah (many regrets unable)
